Our Story
I started Thompson Plumbing Dallas in 2018 with one truck, a set of tools I'd been collecting for 12 years, and a simple promise: treat every customer the way I'd want to be treated. My name is Mike Thompson, and I'm the owner and master plumber here.
Before starting Thompson Plumbing Dallas, I worked for one of the large regional plumbing companies in Dallas. I learned the trade inside and out — but I also learned what bothered customers most: vague pricing, no-show technicians, and feeling talked down to. When I went out on my own, I built the company around fixing exactly those problems.
We've grown from just me and my truck to a team of 6 — six genuinely skilled, trustworthy people who take pride in doing things right. We're family-owned, community-focused, and still run the same way I did on day one.
Dallas has been good to us, and we try to give back. We sponsor local Little League teams, participate in Habitat for Humanity builds, and offer discounts to seniors and veterans. This is our community and these are our neighbors.
